I hear many people say, I'm not an artist. Actually I still catch myself saying this sometimes, because it is what we are told. I will tell the story of when I was a child and loved art, and then I grew up and stopped drawing and painting.... because I wasn't an "artist". What if this wasn't true? What if we are all artists and the life we create is our masterpiece?

My husband, Chris, and I have challenged this programing and stepped into creating the life of our dreams. We want this for you too! At the core, most people all want the same things... We want to be happy and healthy... We want to have fun and feel a sense of satisfaction and belonging.... We want to feel vibrant and alive in our bodies... We want a sense of purpose and connection... 

These things are possible and not as far away as you may think!

So... just for a moment... close your eyes.... take a few deep breaths... and ask yourself.... if anything is possible, what would I want? Your soul essence will answer, even if it is in a small whisper. Now, this is the tricky part! Next your rational mind, will want to come up with all the reasons that you cannot pursue this longing. "You don't have enough money... time... knowledge... (fill in the blank)". For now, simply say "thank you" to this rational mind and continue to listen closely for the whisper. 

Now ask that whisper (soul essence) what is one thing that I can do right now to grow closer to this dream? We have found that the more you check-in with yourself and this voice, the easier it will become to hear it. And taking small steps toward its vision, the more you will see it  manifest in your life!
